AVOID is a non-profit organization that helps substance abusers, including those with emotional issues, conquer their addictions using a holistic approach. We also provide support to their families before, during and after the recovery process.

Our Vision

Our vision is to create a facility that provides a holistic approach to the healing of the mind – body – spirit of those with addiction and emotional issues, utilizing a program which identifies and addresses the biochemical imbalances that drive the addictive behaviors of those who are affected. To aid these individuals and their families to a peaceful solution without the use of pharmaceutical medications.

Our Mission

To help lead people in our communities out of darkness of addictions into the light of Christ’s love, as we connect with youth, young adults as well as their families who are in distress guiding them to freedom, love, peace, and understanding.

Our Philosophy

There is always another solution than what is being handed to you. At AVOID, we have found through first-hand experience that many times pharmaceutical drugs are not the answer to the problems faced by drug addicts and the mentally ill. Along this journey, we have discovered many of our answers to the things that ail us are already provided naturally by God who made it. For example, if you are chemically-imbalanced and God has said we are fearfully and wonderfully made, then this tells us that He has also provided the answer to our problem naturally.
